How do I get middle school classes off my high school transcript?

Students that have attended a middle school in Kent may have taken one or more classes that can count for high school credit. Some of these classes are automatically placed onto your high school transcript. If a student would like any of these classes removed from their high school transcript, please complete the attached form and turn it in to the counseling center.
